Hours: 7am to 5pm, seven days a week.
Every call and every text comes to Paul Vigneault. There is no dispatcher between you and the person who runs the crew. That is on purpose. It means you get a straight answer about timing and price instead of a guess relayed through someone else.

Tell us the address and what the property needs. We will look at it, whether that is a driveway, a tree, or a lot for winter service, and give you scope and price before anything starts.
What to tell us when you call
The faster you give us the basics, the faster we can quote the job, sometimes before we even arrive. Here is what speeds that up.
The address
Where the property is. If it is not the address you are calling from, say that up front.
What the property is doing
Cracking, potholes, a driveway that holds water, a dead tree leaning toward the house, a stump in the way of a mower. Describe what you see.
Access notes
Gates, narrow driveways, low branches, propane tanks, septic lines, dogs. Anything a truck or a crew needs to know before it shows up.
Timeline
Whether this is routine, seasonal, or urgent. Storm damage and leaning trees move to the front of the line.
Where we work
We cover York County and Cumberland County in Maine along with Strafford County and Rockingham County in New Hampshire, including York Village, York Harbor, York Beach, and Cape Neddick here at home. Seacoast properties on both sides of the border share the same freeze thaw cycles, salt exposure, and mixed tree cover, so the work we do in one town looks a lot like the work we do in another. If your property sits just outside that area, call anyway. We take jobs nearby when the schedule allows.

Open York, Maine in MapsHow quoting works
We come look at the property before we price anything. A driveway that looks fine from the street can have a failed base underneath it. A tree that looks healthy can be hollow near the root flare. Photos over text help us plan the visit, but they do not replace a walk around the property.
Once we have looked, you get scope and price before any work starts. That means you know what is being done, in what order, and what it costs, before a truck or a saw shows up. If the job changes once we start, we tell you before we keep going, not after.
Emergencies and storm calls
A leaning tree, a limb hung up over a roof or a driveway, or a storm that dumps snow faster than a lot can be cleared, none of that waits well. Those calls are time sensitive, and we treat them that way. Call first, describe what you are looking at, and tell us if anyone or anything is in the direct path. We will tell you honestly whether it needs attention today or can hold until the next available slot.
For snow removal during an active storm, the same rule applies. Call or text before conditions get worse. Waiting until a driveway is buried or a lot is impassable only slows down how fast we can get to you.
Reaching us if you own property here but live elsewhere
A lot of York properties are owned by people who live somewhere else for part of the year. Call or text (207) 712-4447 or email actsservices@icloud.com and we can handle the whole process without you needing to be on site. We will look at the property, send photos, and describe what we see and what it costs.
Contact questions
What are your hours?
We are open 7am to 5pm, seven days a week. Call or text (207) 712-4447 and you reach the owner, Paul Vigneault, directly.
What is your service area?
We serve York County and Cumberland County in Maine, plus Strafford County and Rockingham County in New Hampshire. That includes York Village, York Harbor, York Beach, and Cape Neddick here in York. If your property is close by and you are unsure, call and ask.
How fast can you come out?
It depends on the job and the season. We do not promise a fixed response time, but urgent situations like storm damage, a leaning tree, or an active snowstorm move up the schedule. Call or text and we will tell you honestly where you land.
Do you give free quotes?
Yes. We come look at the property and give you scope and price before any work is scheduled, at no cost.
