Seacoast property care through the seasons
Spring and summer
Once ground and air temperatures are warm enough for hot mix asphalt to compact properly, this is paving, sealcoating, and crack filling season. It is also a good stretch for tree work before summer growth fills the canopy in and makes hazards harder to see.
Fall
Fall is the last real paving window before temperatures drop too low, and the season to get tree trimming and removal done before winter storms make the decision for you. Stump grinding after fall clearing also gets a property ready for snow season without stumps in the way of a plow blade.
