This is a simple website for a small paving, sealcoating, and tree service company. There is no account system and no form on this site today. This page explains what information does pass through the site and how ACTS Services LLC handles it.
What this site does and does not collect
This site does not have user accounts, logins, shopping carts, or a contact form. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing you submit through a form on this site, because there is no form here yet. The site is built to show information about our services and to point you toward calling, texting, or emailing us directly.
When you call, text, or email us using the details on this site, you are contacting us directly through your phone or email provider, not through anything hosted on this website. That contact happens on your carrier's or email provider's systems, not ours.
How we use what you send us
If you call, text, or email us, we use that information only to answer your question and to quote or schedule work. We do not use it for anything beyond that, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Analytics
We may use analytics tools to measure overall site traffic once they are configured, such as which pages get visited and roughly how visitors arrive at the site. That information is aggregate and does not identify you personally. It tells us that a page was viewed, not who viewed it.
Third party services
This site runs on services we do not operate ourselves, including a web hosting provider and a font delivery service that loads the typefaces you see on the page. Once analytics are configured, an analytics provider will be added to that list. Each of those providers handles technical delivery of the site or aggregate traffic data, and each has its own privacy practices for the services it runs.
How long we keep contact information
We keep the phone numbers, texts, and emails you send us for as long as reasonably useful for scheduling, quoting, and basic business records, such as knowing who a past job was for. We do not keep it longer than that purpose calls for.
We do not sell personal information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to other companies for their marketing purposes.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for adults arranging paving, sealcoating, tree work, stump grinding, or snow removal. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If how we handle information changes, such as adding a form or turning on analytics, we will update this page to reflect that. Check back here if you want the current version.
